Sport and fitness have been my passion since my early years. At first I played football. At the age of 15 I discovered my love for Thai boxing in the Natthapong Muay Thai Gym in Zurich, where I learned traditional Thai boxing with my trainer Pansak Sor. Thanikul (Natthapong).

At the age of 17 I decided to go to Bangkok for 6 months to a friend of my previous trainer. They were together on the National Olympic Boxing Team in 1988. Now a former WBC (World Boxing Council) and IBF (International Boxing Federation) champion , Torsak Pongsupah and his other coaches trained me.

The national sport of Thailand and the two major stadiums Lumpinee Boxing Stadium and Rajadamnern Boxing Stadium in Bangkok fascinated me very much. I then wanted to explore and live this sport even more and learn what it means to go beyond my own limits. I decided to stay in Bangkok and devote myself entirely to boxing.

So 8 years passed in which I learned the language and had the time to expand my experience and knowledge in boxing in six different boxing camps in Bangkok and one in Isaan (northeast Thailand) and to train with many Muay Thai boxers. Many of these were champions in the two major stadiums, such as the Channel 7 Stadium and the Omnoi Stadium . Others were boxers and coaches who held their titles as Asian and World Champions in the WBC (World Boxing Council), WBA (World Boxing Association) and IBF (International Boxing Federation) .

I competed nationally, in the two major stadiums , on TV channels such as CH11 and T-Sport Channel, and internationally in China and Hong Kong . Finally I came back to Switzerland with a statistic of 49 fights, 31 wins and 2 draws. My 50th fight ended in my third draw against a strong athlete from France. With several injuries to the third functional circle, it was time for a change. I decided to devote myself to classic boxing, which was a new motivation and challenge for me. Now I would like to pass on my knowledge and help everyone to achieve their goals.

NOW IT'S YOUR TURN!

It's easy to criticize a fighter

But nobody knows the sacrifice involved. Behind every athlete is a lost youth to fulfill a dream. We lose friends, family moments, weddings, baptisms, births, whole summers to train or compete, everyday trying our best to improve. But people don't see that, so when you see a fighter applaud. Because to be prepared for slaughter takes much more then just a last minute decision. To be great it takes YEARS

To be a boxer

Boxers are highly tuned to a degree not known in other sports. They ply their skills alone and there is now here to hide. They need to be in top physical condition and unrelentingly brave.

If you take the endurance of a tennis player, the courage of a racing driver, the sensibility of an actor, the continued discipline of the long distance runner, mix those ingredients together and you are on the way to knowing what it takes to be a boxer
